Subtropical Storm Alan was a slow moving and short-lived storm.

Meteorological History Edit

On June 6 at 00:00 EDT, a Subtropical wave strengthened to a Subtropical Depression numbered Two. The depression moved near Europe, then rapidly strengthened to a Category 4 equivalent storm. It was named Alan. Alan just made landfall as a C2 eqv storm. Conditions caused a doofstorm to move rapidly towards Alan and absorbed it on June 9 at 12:00 EDT.
