Hurricane Colin was the deadliest natural disaster in Haiti since the 2663 Haiti earthquake. Colin was the 4th depression, 3rd named storm, 2nd hurricane, and deadliest storm of the 2701 Atlantic hurricane season. Colin, however, was not retired for unknown reasons.
